The government has revealed the guidelines for the eligibility criteria. All that information is given below:
- Income Status: The applicant's monthly earning should be less than Rs 25,000 per month.
- Residential Status: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Pakistan with a valid cnic card. Migrants and other people cannot apply for this scheme.
- Age Restriction: The applicant's age should must be between 18 years to 70 years. All the people with age up or down of this limit will not be eligible for this scheme.
- Martial Status: Actually, this scheme was for women only. So both married and divorced - widowed women are eligible for this scheme.
- Employment Status: The applicant must be unemployed - means not having a valid government job.
- Other Government Funds: It is required by the applicant that he/she must not receiving any other government funds.

- Go to the https://8171.bisp.gov.pk
- Enter your cnic number in the required field
- Complete the security check by entering the security key shown in the image in the required field
- Click "check eligibility"

Case 1 : You Are Eligible: If you see this message after entering details, then congratulations that you are eligible for this program.

If you think this is an error then you can visit your nearest BISP office in your tehsil/district and again submit your details on the desk
